Pool Enclosures
ustom-built aluminum pool enclosures that keep the bugs, debris, and Florida sun where they belong — outside — so you can enjoy your pool every single day of the year.
Yes — all pool enclosures require a building permit in Florida. We manage the entire process: engineering drawings, permit filing, inspections, and final sign-off. You don’t have to make a single call to the building department.
A standard residential pool enclosure takes 3–7 business days to install once materials are on-site. The permitting process typically adds 3–5 weeks before installation begins — we start the permit process immediately after you approve the quote.
Absolutely. We can integrate pool entry doors (single or double, with self-closing hinges), a covered patio area or screen room within the enclosure, or extend an existing enclosure to add square footage.
A pool enclosure is built specifically over a pool and its surrounding deck. A screen room is typically attached to the back of the home as a covered patio space — though both use the same aluminum and screen materials. We build both, and they can be combined into one connected structure.
Florida homeowners with pool enclosures spend a fraction of the time cleaning and a fraction of the money on chemicals compared to open pools. Add in UV protection, insect control, and the ability to use your pool comfortably at dusk — and the enclosure pays for itself faster than you’d expect.
Mosquitoes, no-see-ums, wasps, and insects stay out — completely. No more cutting swim time short because the bugs showed up first.
Leaves, dirt, pollen, and debris stay out of your pool — dramatically cutting down on cleaning time, filter maintenance, and chemical use.
Screen reduces UV exposure for safer, more comfortable swimming — and protects your pool deck, furniture, and surfaces from sun damage.
Swim comfortably at 7PM in July without the bugs. Entertain outside in October without the chill. Your pool becomes a true all-season amenity.
